We are looking for a Junior/Middle Delivery Manager to support a Senior Delivery Manager and progressively take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts within our IT outsourcing environment.
This is a growth-oriented role combining client operations people management and delivery coordination. The Delivery Manager will initially manage low-to-medium complexity accounts with senior guidance and is expected to operate independently on assigned accounts over time.
Tasks
Client Management & Delivery
- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts (status calls follow-ups action tracking).
- Act as the main operational point of contact for assigned clients with escalation support from a Senior DM.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Identify risks early and propose mitigation actions.
- Participate in client discussions related to scope changes extensions and delivery topics with senior stakeholder support.
People & Performance Management
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with consultants assigned to owned accounts.
- Monitor engagement performance and delivery quality.
- Provide structured feedback and support development discussions.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for assigned resources.
- Escalate complex people-related topics to the Senior DM or HR when needed.
Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR Finance Recruitment and Delivery leadership to ensure smooth operations.
- Share structured feedback from consultants and clients with internal stakeholders.
- Support retention and team stability initiatives.
Requirements
Experience
- 13 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role within IT / services(Customer Success HRBP Recruiter Account Coordination Delivery Support Client Operations etc.)
- Experience managing multiple clients or stakeholders in parallel
Hands-on exposure to:
- Client communication & status calls
- Escalation handling
- Performance follow-up or people coordination
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with guidance
- Ownership mindset with openness to learning
- Strong organization and prioritization
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in IT outsourcing / staffing
