Job Summary

- Must be located in MI IL IN OH WI or KY and able to work onsite in Michigan 3 days per week.

Job Summary:

- Responsible for application architecture for front-end and back-end modernization of an internal employee-facing mobile application.
- Lead large-scale project work involving overhaul and system design of other internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams vendors and external partners.
- Drive modernization initiatives within /Azure space especially for legacy systems.
- Apply strong mobile application experience ideally with MAUI and/or Xamarin.
- Balance modernization efforts with ongoing business needs and feature development.
- Turn ambiguous project requirements into clear actionable architecture plans.
- Represent architecture decisions and specifications at Architecture Review Boards (including C4 model).
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure pragmatic thoughtful approaches to modernization rather than quick fixes.
