Role Type: Highly Experienced / Lead Developer

Are you an exceptional Senior/Lead Software Engineer with extensive full-stack expertise in React Typescript NodeJS and Java We are seeking a proven technical leader to design develop and maintain sophisticated business applications specializing in building robust web component libraries and enhancing large-scale production systems.

You will be responsible for driving complex software implementation projects from initial requirements gathering through to post-production validation maintaining the highest standards of code quality and system performance.

• Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.

• Gather and analyze system requirements document specifications and develop software solutions to meet client needs.

• Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications for new and existing systems.

• Implement system software and customize solutions to client requirements.

• Prepare detailed software specifications and test plans.

• Code new programs to clients specifications and create test data for comprehensive testing.

• Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs.

• Provide quality assurance reviews and perform post-implementation validation of software resolving any bugs found during testing.

• Contribute to building and improving React web component libraries.

This role requires a candidate with a strong foundation in computer science proven technical leadership and deep expertise in the relevant technology stack.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Lead Developer with extensive expertise in the MERN (MongoDB Express React NodeJS) stack.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the React Typescript Mongo stack.

• Minimum 10 years of experience with a proven track record of leading development teams and managing large-scale projects.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (or equivalent).

• A solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures algorithms and software design of large systems.

• Extensive experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems.

• Experience with problem diagnosis and resolution across complex environments.
