Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with exposure to software development projects to support onsite initiatives in San Francisco CA.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working closely with product owners engineering teams and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst in software development projects
Strong experience in the Retail domain (eCommerce Omnichannel POS OMS Inventory Supply Chain etc.)
Proven background working in Agile/Scrum environments
Hands-on experience with JIRA Confluence and similar tools
Strong understanding of SDLC and system integration concepts
Ability to work onsite and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills
