Job Title: Python Full Stack Developer AI & Automation

Location: Bengaluru India - Hybrid

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

Client AI & Automation Center is looking for 6 8 Full Stack Developers to accelerate ongoing AI-driven internal platforms and asset development. These resources will be deeply integrated with the existing engineering team working across multiple parallel initiatives focused on AI adoption productivity measurement reusable assets and internal tooling.

This is not a standalone project role-developers will collaborate closely with existing engineers contributing code directly into shared frameworks and repositories.Key Responsibilities

Design develop and enhance reusable AI and automation assets (modules frameworks libraries) that can be adopted by internal teams at client.
Build and integrate backend services (Python-based) with frontend applications (React).
Contribute to internal platforms that measure AI adoption productivity and usage metrics across client premise/application/infrastructure.
Enhance and extend existing internal applications (e.g. sentiment analysis data-driven tools AI workflows).
Work with large fragmented datasets and help improve data governance and usability.
Develop modular well-documented components that other teams can easily consume (similar to internal open-source projects).
Collaborate across teams to improve AI-assisted development workflows including long-running AI coding tasks and agent-based development models.
Use GitHub for version control collaboration and contribution workflows.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver iterative improvements. Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in Python
Strong SQL skills
Experience integrating frontend and backend systems
Familiarity with GitHub-based development workflows
Experience working in product development or platform engineering environments Good-to-Have Skills
(Frontend development)
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
Familiarity with Apache Airflow
Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications or automation
Experience working with data warehouses
Comfort using AI coding tools (e.g. code generation agent-based development Cursor Codex etc.) Note: Candidates do not need to be experts across all layers. Strength in 1 2 core areas is acceptable; the team will support skill gaps.Technology Stack

Hybrid model with strong preference for Bangalore-based candidates
Expected to work onsite 2 days per week to ensure tight integration with the team
