This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role with full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle.
What Youll Do
Position AI & Voice Bots as levers for CX improvement cost optimisation and compliance
Engage CXOs Digital CX IT and Operations leaders
Lead discovery solutioning pricing and contract negotiations
Partner with Product Pre-sales and CX teams to close complex deals
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy
Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion
Success Metrics
Revenue and pipeline targets
AI & Voice Bot deal contribution
Retention & stakeholder mapping
Deal size win rates and forecast accuracy
What Were Looking For
7 years of B2B sales experience in US(SaaS platforms or managed services)
Exposure to AI Voice Bots Conversational AI CCaaS solutions
Strong solution-selling commercial and executive communication skills
