We are looking for a second Assistant Store Manager for one of our highestturnover stores in Madrid located in El Corte Inglés with a permanent contract of 40 hours per week immediate start and working across the menswear & womenswear sales floors.

What you can expect:Key responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for all store areas and team members in the absence of the Store Manager as well as for all related operational tasks.
- Support the Store Manager in recruitment processes staff scheduling and performance evaluation.
- Drive the team to achieve the stores performance targets and KPIs.
- Implement and maintain a customercentric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
- Promote the use of all available tools ensuring the correct execution of procedures and compliance with policies.
- Develop and maintain uptodate knowledge of our competitors and the local market sharing any relevant insights with your Area Manager and the retail team.
Your profile:Requirements / Candidate profile:
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a premium retail environment (3 to 5 years).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Previous experience working in a shopinshop environment preferably at El Corte Inglés (ECI).
- Strong knowledge and skills in analysing KPIs.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand awareness.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal.
- Experience in networking and building relationships.
- Strong sales focus.
- Advanced or professional level of English.
- Professional or native level of Spanish.
