Job Summary
Technical Skills Primary
o Perform comprehensive testing of Broker Insurance domain agent portals applications to ensure high quality accuracy and functionality
o Good experience on Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM
o Must have experience in Playwrite or Selenium java frameworks
o Develop and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
o Collaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to understand business requirements and technical deliverables
o Identify document and track defects using standard tools and methodologies ensuring timely resolution
o Ensure adherence to industry best practices and organizational quality standards
o Analyze test results and prepare clear insightful test reports for stakeholders
o Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and increase automation coverage
o Utilize Salesforce test automation tools preferably Provarto improve testing efficiency and consistency
o Stay updated with the latest automation salesforce enhancements and testing techniques
Roles and responsibilities
o Lead end to end testing activities for Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM cloud Insurance domain applications
o Design and implement test automation frameworks and automation scripts using playwrite or similar tools
o Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of testing milestones
o Mentor and guide junior testers on best practices tools and technical skill development
o Collaborate with development teams to assess product changes and their impact on testing scope
o Manage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolution with clear stakeholder communication
o Drive quality assurance processes contributing to test strategy planning and execution
o Conduct regression integration system and UAT testing as required
o Provide regular status updates risk assessments and progress reports to project management and leadership
