More about the role:
Lead develop and motivate the Stores Team allocating workload setting performance expectations and building staff capabilities in this hands-on role
Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering.
Identify opportunities to optimise workflows reduce handling time and increase ontime delivery.
Ensure SAP processes and inventory controls support accuracy and operational efficiency.
More about you:
Previous experience in warehouse management inventory control or store operations
Computer literate SAP or similar.
Experience in leading a team.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Background within the medical device industry would be beneficial
