Summary:
Reporting to the Co-CEO Clinical Services the Quality Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the Aged Care industry. Based in Korumburra Victoria this permanent full-time position is essential for maintaining regulatory standards and enhancing resident care. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices. The Quality Coordinator will act as delegate to the Care Manager in their absence.

- Clinical Governance Risk and Compliance
- Audit Quality Improvement and Accreditation
- Clinical Systems and Documentation
- Data Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Education and Clinical Leadership
- Collaboration and Operational Support

- Experience in aged care clinical governance quality or coordination roles
Demonstrated understanding of:
- Aged Care Quality Standards
- Aged Care Act 2024
- Clinical risk and audit processes
- High-level written analytical and reporting skills
- Strong alignment with the values and ethos of Carinya Lodge
Desirable:
- Post-graduate qualification in quality governance or clinical leadership
- Experience supporting accreditation or provider registration
- Audit and data analysis experience
