HSEQ Coordinator
Blacktown Regular Site Visits Across Sydney
Full-time Flexible MondayFriday

This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced HSEQ professional who knows the building and construction environment inside and out and wants to grow with a business that has been around for four decades and genuinely values its here isnt reactive or box-ticking its embedded in how the business operates led from the top and championed daily by a highly respected long-standing HSEQ Manager who sets the standard.

The Role - You will be hands-on across both site and office supporting and driving HSEQ outcomes across multiple projects.

Review update and modernise WHS/HSEQ documentation policies and procedures
Conduct regular site inspections across Sydney-based projects
Engage with site teams contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure practical compliance
Deliver clear confident safety communication and education across the business
Support WHSEQ requirements for tenders and live projects
Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Champion training systems and safety culture across the organisation

What Were Looking For - 5 years across Commercial construction ONLY (civil exposure highly regarded)

***Residential Building Applications & Manufacturing unfortunately wont be considered***

Cert IV in WHS (minimum)
Strong communicator confident dealing with site teams through to senior leadership
Practical solutions-focused mindset (not clipboard-only safety)
High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture
Current White Card and Drivers Licence
Someone who genuinely cares about safety people and doing things properly
