Job Summary
Salesforce Test Lead (Robot Framework exp)
Location: Plano Texas 75075
Responsibilities and Tasks:

2. Design and establish a robust automation framework tailored to the applications requirements incorporating both API and UI automation.
3. Create maintain and optimize automated test scripts integrating them into the designated automation framework for identified test cases.
4. Execute automated test scripts ensuring thorough coverage and timely completion.
5. Develop and maintain build verification tests within a test harness as well as manage nightly regression suites for continuous improvement.
6. Integrate the automation regression suite into CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins workflows enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Execute the automation test suite across various environments including Testing and Staging to guarantee seamless performance.
8. Generate test execution reports analyze results and triage issues for prompt resolution and ongoing improvement.

Technical Skills
- Experience in leading automation testing initiatives
- SAFE Agile certification showcasing their understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium and Katalon Studio along with practical implementation experience.
- A thorough understanding of testing processes with a focus on continuous evaluation of automation tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in building customized automation frameworks based on application requirements as well as setting up and configuring automation tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java JavaScript and VBScript.
- Experience with non-functional test automation tools and software including accessibility testing and metrics/reporting testing.
- Knowledge and experience in CI/CD and Jenkins configuration ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
- Ability to work effectively as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) within Scrum teams performing contract testing back-end/API/microservices testing.
- Experience in automating various business processes and life cycle services such as test data procurement reporting and defect tracking.
- Relevant Salesforce & Test Automation Certification provides competitive edge.
