Shift: Night Shift 12-hour shifts
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a Level II Trauma Neuro/Surgical ICU on the night shift. This is a high-acuity critical care environment specializing in neuro and trauma patients requiring strong clinical expertise and the ability to float to other critical and acute care units as needed.
The unit is a 12-bed ICU with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and manages advanced therapies including ICP monitoring CRRT and lumbar drains.
Responsibilities-
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill neuro and trauma patients

Monitor and manage patients with ICP monitors CRRT and lumbar drains

Deliver safe high-quality care in a fast-paced ICU environment

Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR

Collaborate with multidisciplinary critical care teams

Float to Cardiovascular Telemetry ICU/CCU or Medical-Surgical units as required

Active and unrestricted California RN license
-
Minimum 5 years of acute critical care experience

Level II Trauma ICU experience required

Prior travel nursing experience required

Proficiency with EPIC charting system

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Contract assignment

Night shift (NOC) 12-hour shifts

Holiday coverage required

Floating required as needed per facility policy
