The Role
Were looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Zetas rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition you will play a key part in identifying engaging and screening top talent across multiple roles. You will partner with the greater Talent Acquisition and Global People & Culture teams to enhance the candidate experience and support recruiting projects as needed.
This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.
What Youll Do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn job boards and other creative channels
- Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications skills and culture fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Greenhouse
- Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
Experience & Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting or staffing agency setting
- 1 years of experience with an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $75000 - $85000depending on location and experience.
