Product Management Expertise
Develop Product vision and strategy for Aerospace Structural Electrical and Interiors products that improves Aerospace Engineering Design.
Minimum 10 years of professional Agile Product Management experience Strong understanding of application lifecycle opsDevOps handover and migration risks.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication ability to present tradeoffs and obtain decisions.
Strong program controls risk issue management escalation discipline and change control.
AgileHybrid delivery management (Scrum Waterfall governance for inframigration).
Comfortable with technical topics and able to surface technical risks.
Strong understanding of SAFe 5.0 principles and Lean-Agile mindset Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Jira) for backlog and roadmap management Ability to decompose Epics into Features and Features into User Stories with clear acceptance criteria Proficiency in backlog refinement prioritization (WSJF) and capacity allocation Familiarity with Program Increment (PI) Planning Iteration Planning and System Demos Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Strong grasp of structural Electrical and Interior design processes.
Ability to suggest process optimization with development of new tools and software.
Roles Responsibilities
Create Product Vision Product Roadmap Program Backlog of Features WSJF Prioritization Capacity Allocation Define and communicate the product vision and strategy ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap sequencing features and releases for maximum value.
Own and prioritize the program backlog ensuring features are well-defined estimated and aligned to customer needs.
Decompose epics into actionable features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Apply WSJF (Weighted Shortest Job First) or similar prioritization techniques to optimize delivery.
Prepare and present features for Program Increment (PI) Planning identifying dependencies and risks.
Define and communicate PI Objectives support Agile teams in achieving business value targets.
Collaborate with Product Owners Agile teams and stakeholders for backlog refinement and feature elaboration.
Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders customers and Agile teams.
Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and business objectives.
Participate in governance reporting and knowledge management activities.
