Job Description:

We are looking for a .NET Developer to support our client by developing maintaining and optimizing the central infrastructure application instances and databases for a budgeting system.

Required Skills:

Minimum 12 - 14 years of experience in:
Senior development and architecture
Designing & implementing financial and budget applications
C# .NET
Microsoft SQL Server installation maintenance and optimization
SSIS / integration services
Disaster recovery design & testing
Designing and maintaining TDE encryption
Developing Windows Services
Developing Web Services
Designing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and documentation
TSM LightSpeed VMware FTP
Active Reports and/or StimulSoft Reports
MSTDC configuration and implementation
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to mentor state staff best practices
Financial institution experience (6 years)
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field

Preferred Skills:

Working knowledge of state and federal laws procurement budget HR and payroll processes.
Experience supporting government budget systems.
