Automotive Structural Design Engineer

- Create and modify 2D/3D CAD models of structural components using CATIA V5;
- Develop multimaterial BiW components ensuring targets for performance weight cost and feasibility are met;
- Support DMU packaging checks and resolution of CAD-related issues;
- Provide input for engineering changes BOM updates prototype rework and technical documentation;
- Collaborate with testing teams to manage component data evaluate results and propose improvements;
- Ensure timely delivery of design outputs and maintain accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in BiW or structural component design within the automotive sector;
- Strong proficiency in CATIA V5 and understanding of manufacturing processes (stamping joining composites);
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and propose feasible engineering solutions;
- Strong communication problemsolving and projecttracking skills;
- Good command of English.
