Job Summary
Were seeking someone to join our US Regulatory Control team as a Capital Calculation Governance Controller. The Regulatory Controllers team is responsible for preparing Capital and Risk Weighted Assets related internal management reporting and other financial analysis for Morgan Stanleys Business Units in a daily weekly monthly and quarterly basis.
In the Finance division we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management review analysis and advisory services of the Firms financial and capital resources. This is a Director level position within the RECRUITER to add standard JA Job Family Description based on Job Profile.

What youll do in the role:
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area product and/or client segments
- Adhere to the Firms risk and regulatory standards policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work
- Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firms values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
- Drive execution of complex projects with ownership and autonomy
- Drive continuous engagement with various stakeholders in different regions to achieve results - collaborate across cultures and borders D Part 2: Scope of Role What youll bring
What youll bring to the role:
- In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area product and/or client segment and technical skills as well as of industry and competitive environment
- Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 4 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
