Executive Assistant to the CEO
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level confidential support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a critical role at the centre of the organisation supporting strong governance disciplined execution and effective executive decision-making.
About the Role
Working in close partnership with a highly respected and high-performing CEO and reporting to the Head of the Office of the CEO you will play a critical role in ensuring the Office operates with precision clarity and impact. This is a senior support role within a purpose-driven organisation offering meaningful responsibility exposure to complex executive matters and the opportunity to influence outcomes across the business.
Approachable astute and proactive you will manage a complex and dynamic calendar travel correspondence and competing priorities with sound judgement discretion and composure. You will anticipate needs protect the CEOs time and drive follow-through closing loops relentlessly so nothing is missed.
The role involves extensive engagement with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Executives Ministerial offices government bodies community representatives funding partners and philanthropists. Professionalism confidentiality and accountability are essential.
You will work closely with the Head of the Office of the CEO and the Executive Support Officer providing mutual support to ensure the Office of the CEO functions seamlessly and at a consistently high standard.
About you
You are highly organised detail-driven and calm under pressure. You understand executive environments and know when to step in when to follow up and when to escalate. You bring exceptional written and verbal communication skills strong judgement and a genuine commitment to supporting senior leadership in a values-led organisation.
Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a complex environment is essential. Experience working with community-based organisations government or boards will be highly regarded.
