Job Summary

Job Description

The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives from initiation through execution and launch. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to architect high-level solutions design and size delivery plans and ensure successful execution against timelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiation & Planning
    • Lead project initiation including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
    • Drive high-level solutioning architecture design and sizing to establish a robust delivery plan.
    • Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and timelines.
  • Execution & Tracking
    • Track progress against delivery plans proactively identifying risks challenges and dependencies.
    • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and obstacles.
    • Ensure Jira hygiene including accurate ticket creation updates and closure.
    • Manage dependencies across cross-functional and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with engineering product design and business teams to drive delivery.
    • Provide regular status reports and executive updates highlighting progress risks and mitigation actions.
    • Facilitate effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Risk & Go-To-Market Readiness
    • Partner with risk management teams to ensure compliance and readiness for delivery.
    • Work with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to prepare for product launch and operational handover.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product delivery project management or program management roles.
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture design and sizing methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira and agile delivery practices.
  • Excellent risk management and mitigation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including executive reporting.
  • Experience with risk and GTM readiness processes is a plus.
