Job Description
The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives from initiation through execution and launch. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to architect high-level solutions design and size delivery plans and ensure successful execution against timelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiation & Planning
- Lead project initiation including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive high-level solutioning architecture design and sizing to establish a robust delivery plan.
- Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and timelines.
- Execution & Tracking
- Track progress against delivery plans proactively identifying risks challenges and dependencies.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and obstacles.
- Ensure Jira hygiene including accurate ticket creation updates and closure.
- Manage dependencies across cross-functional and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with engineering product design and business teams to drive delivery.
- Provide regular status reports and executive updates highlighting progress risks and mitigation actions.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Risk & Go-To-Market Readiness
- Partner with risk management teams to ensure compliance and readiness for delivery.
- Work with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to prepare for product launch and operational handover.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product delivery project management or program management roles.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture design and sizing methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and agile delivery practices.
- Excellent risk management and mitigation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including executive reporting.
- Experience with risk and GTM readiness processes is a plus.
