Our Aftersales Team is seeking a Claims Executive to join our team in this position you will collaborate with a dynamic diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.
What youll do
- Coordinate with insurance companies for motor accident and repair claims
- Handle end-to-end liability / quantum of all types of motor insurance claims processing (Uninsured losses & Direct Settlement)
- Prepare submit and follow up on insurance claim documents accurately
- Track claim status and regularly update operations team and customers
- Ensure compliance with insurance and company procedures
- Resolve claim-related issues discrepancies or rejections
- Maintain accurate records of claims approvals and settlements in claims shared platforms
- Maintain good relationships with insurance representatives and surveyors
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely claim processing
- Any other ad-hoc duties
About you
- Minimum NITEC in Office Skills or relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in automotive claims
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Excel Word & PowerPoint). Comfortable with learning new systems
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of customers in verbal and written
- Good customer service skills administrative skills & interpersonal skills
- Patience Meticulous Customer-Oriented Mindset
- Ability to work as part of team that exhibits a constructive & collaborative working environment characterized by diversity & tolerance
