LRQA is a leading global assurance provider operating across 51 countries and supporting more than 60000 clients. As we expand our digital and operational capabilities we are seeking a People Operations Manager to lead and strengthen our global People Administration function.

This role is pivotal in shaping LRQAs next chapter ensuring operational excellence driving digital transformation and delivering a seamless colleague experience across the full employee lifecycle. The role is based in Mumbai operating a hybrid working model.

How will you make a difference

Lead coach and develop the People Administration team delivering endtoend lifecycle support from Day1 to offboarding.
Oversee daily operations to meet SLAs quality standards and compliance requirements across multiple countries.
Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive employee administration matters.
Maintain strong governance risk management and auditready processes.
Drive process optimization automation and digitalization initiatives across global HR workflows.
Partner closely with Payroll People Advisory Rewards HRIS and other internal teams.
Lead global process standardization while balancing local country requirements.

About You

Minimum 5 years of experience leading HR operations or shared services teams ideally across multiple countries.
Strong understanding of HR administration employee lifecycle processes and compliance frameworks.
Strong leadership capability with ability to lead coach and develop diverse teams
Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
Familiarity with automation workflow optimisation and digital HR tools.
Strong communication stakeholder management and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to lead through change and support global process implementations.
