Take full responsibility for system architecture design and configuration throughout the project lifecycle from quotation phase to vessel delivery and the start of the guarantee period.
Ensure system architecture design and configuration comply with high-performance standards as well as applicable international rules and regulations.
Control project costs to meet the agreed cost baseline.
Prepare manage and deliver all required project documentation accurately and on time.
Complete Bills of Materials (BOM) in a timely and accurate manner to avoid delays in project execution.
Ensure delivered systems comply with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support to Sales Sourcing System Assembly and Service teams as required.
Support technical activities during the sales quotation phase.
Supervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) within the workshop.
Follow up on projects handle technical clarifications and coordinate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Manage documentation updates backups and version control.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line supervisor.

Bachelors degree (. or above) in Automation Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the marine industry.
Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes and systems.
Proficient PC skills including MS Office AutoCAD and basic software programming fundamentals.
Good working knowledge of ERP systems.
Strong English communication skills both written and spoken.
Experience working on marine automation or vessel control systems projects.
Hands-on experience supporting FAT and coordinating with shipyards or vessel owners.
Familiarity with international marine regulations and classification society requirements.
Ability to support cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
