角色职责:
- 负责在武汉区域内推广与销售中央空调全系列售后服务产品包括年度维保合同原厂备件保养零件系统升级改造方案等完成个人业绩指标
- 全面收集并分析当地市场信息包括竞品服务政策客户需求痛点等并及时反馈总部以制定应对策略
- 维护并深化与合作客户的长期关系主动回访跟进挖掘二次服务需求并推动转介绍协调区域技术工程师与客户完成故障排查维修及保养服务确保服务交付效率与客户满意度达标
最低要求:
- 大专及以上学历制冷暖通机电等理工科背景优先
- 具备良好的沟通表达与谈判能力能清晰传递服务价值并处理客户异议
- 具备高度的责任心服务意识与抗压能力能响应客户紧急需求
