This is a vital role in enhancing the patient and visitor experience while driving revenue managing expenses and ensuring operational excellence.

You will:

Lead and oversee daily operations of four on site gift shops and the Positive Image Salon.
Maintain a warm professional and compassionate environment in the Positive Image Salon supporting oncology patients with dignity and care.
Drive revenue growth and profitability ensuring revenues exceed expenses.
Execute strong merchandising and product selection strategies tailored to patients visitors and staff.
Make informed purchasing decisions based on sales trends patient needs and inventory performance.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or related field
Four (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below.

Work Experience

3 years of progressively responsible experience working in the hospitality retail or healthcare industry; including six (6) months experience in a lead capacity Required
Hospital gift shop experience Preferred
Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) system both front-of-house cash register functions and back room computer management Preferred
