Job Summary

ROLE SUMMARY

This role is part of Executive Operations & Corporate Communications (EOCC). It will specifically support the Sr. Director of Executive Operations Stephen Fascianella in his capacity as New York Headquarters (NYHQ) Site Engagement Lead.

The role will help design a creative approach to how we engage with NYHQ colleagues and will be responsible for executing the site engagement strategy planning and leading events/activities writing communications and other ad hoc projects. This role requires frequent on-site attendance at the NYHQ office to support our on-site events at least 3-days per week.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help develop the annual NYHQ Site Engagement plan to foster a sense of community among colleagues
  • Act as project manager to plan and execute events aligned with the approved strategy to ensure success against defined performance metrics
  • Engage with internal teams and external partners to develop a wide range of creative activities both onsite and offsite
  • Align plans to budget and monitor actual spend
  • Execute communication plan in order to reach colleagues through site-wide communications (email newsletter Viva Engage digital screens)
  • Work collaboratively with operational groups at NYHQ such as GWE Security Communications CRG Leads and NYHQ Ambassadors
  • Participant in cross-site operations network actively sharing knowledge and learnings across sites/functions
  • Work on ad hoc projects

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in management communications or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Creative thinker with experience in event planning & execution
  • Excellent written oral communication skills and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and leverage resources across the organization
  • High degree of professional maturity and presence
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously make decisions and respond to tight timelines
  • Proven strategic thinking with ability to lead day-to-day planning and operational activities
  • Exhibits strong collaboration skills and ability to engage across multiple functions and businesses
  • Ability to work across different cultures and with a variety of leaders from different backgrounds and experiences
  • Responsive professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions in line with our values
  • Strong analytical skills to assess information draw conclusions and recommend improvements
  • Discretion and the ability to deal with confidential information

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $93600.00 to $151500.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 12.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
