In this position you will provide legal support on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters related to the energy industry which may include procurement real property and general corporate commercial agreements.
The details mean everything and your collaborative meticulous approach ensures you provide clear practical and timely legal advice to assist with the direction of the business. Thanks to your finely tuned methods for organization you can effectively work on projects simultaneously and provide timely support to your clients. You understand the need to engage closely with your clients and partners and provide practical advice to achieve the best results for the organization.
This position is based out of FortisBCs Vancouver Surrey Burnaby or Kelowna locations with the option to work at another approved FortisBC office in British Columbia depending on the selected candidates level of experience.
In this role you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week) subject to business or operational needs.
