Job Summary

Role Summary

Lead and elevate education standards through world-class training innovative curriculum development and strategic education initiatives that drive brand growth locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training material to international standards
Train salons distributors managers and trainers across multiple markets
Identify industry training needs and design new courses accordingly
Plan execute and manage education calendars workshops roadshows and events
Support product launches promotions and strategic education initiatives
Drive education as a core business growth pillar
Build strong relationships with industry partners stockists and schools
Oversee training administration and ensure accurate timely reporting
Lead guide and upskill regional training teams

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Qualification in beauty therapy or related field

Willingness to travel locally and internationally
