Position Summary:

We are looking for aPeople Operations Associateto join our growing HR Service Delivery Center this role you willserve as thefirst point of contactto employees and managers across the globe providingessentialTier 1 HR support.As Tier 1support you willsolutiona variety ofgeneralHR inquiriesusingourServiceNowcase management systemwhileexecutingcommonHR processesand employee recordsmanagementin tools likeWorkdayHCM. You will be part of a dynamic multi-country HR team ensuring employees and managers receivetimelyandaccurateHRassistance.

You will work closely with thePeople Operations Specialistson our teamandother HR team members to address employee inquiries related to HR policies Total Rewards HRIS/HR Technology Global Mobility Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. Key Responsibilities:

HR Service Delivery with Care

  • First point of contactfor employees and managersacrossallregions (Americas Europe APAC)providingTier 1HR supportacrossabroadrange of HRtopicsrelated to variousCoEs( AcquisitionTotal Rewards Global MobilityTalent DevelopmentPeopleSupport & Careetc.).
  • Resolve more common orroutine HR questionsor requestsviaServiceNowor emailby referencingour teamswork instructions ensuringemployees receivetimelyandaccurateresponses.
  • Escalate more complex inquiries or issues to the People Operations Specialistteamor relevantCoEswhen necessarywhere resolution may requiremore extensive research and/or consultation withtheCoE.
  • Provide feedback toCoEssharinginsights on case trendstoidentifyopportunities forTeiier 0 and Tier 1knowledge base enhancement and reducing future Tier1cases.
  • Manage your workload efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs) for Tier1cases and proactively suggest operational resolutionfor Tier 1 inquiriescan be provided within a singleemployeeinteraction.
  • Maintain a high standard of customerservice andembody a culture of care mindset byensuring every interaction is handled with carecompassionand professionalism.

Employee LifecycleSupport

  • Support employeesandadminister HR processcompletionduring key moments in the employee lifecycle such ascandidateinterview schedulingonboarding benefits enrollment leave administration and offboarding.
  • Assistwithmaintainingemployee records and ensuring accuracy in HR systems.
  • Ensure HR processes are executed accurately aligning withCoEdocumentation andmaintaininghigh trust and confidence among theCoEteams as work is completed on their behalf.
  • Helpfacilitatesmooth processes by following established guidelinesand enhancingteam knowledge base as needed whereadditionaldocumentation would be beneficial for the team.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Assistin the administrative tasks related to HR policies employee record& time-keeping and mandatory compliance documentation (e.g. background checks eligibility screenings etc.).
  • Support in responding to employee inquiries related to compliance policies and HR procedures.

Process Improvement& Knowledge BaseManagement

  • Create and enhance the teamsinternal knowledge baseand work instructionsto ensure processconsistencyefficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assistintaking notice ofcase trends toidentifypotential gaps inemployee-facingHR knowledgebaseand service delivery.
  • Providetrendfeedback to theCoEspromoting documentation of Tier 0FAQ contributing to the enhancement of the Knowledge Baseto ensureemployees have access toaccurate up-to-date information to resolve their inquirieswithoutunnecessaryhuman Tier 0 documentationwill becriticalforfuture implementation ofAI technology-enabled answers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelors degree in human resourcesa relatedfield or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:Minimumof 1year ofexperience inaHRGeneralist or HROoperations or a experiencewithin a Shared Services or HR Operations Center is aplus butnotrequired.
  • Systems Knowledge: Basic experience withanHRIS(preferably Workday HCM).Familiarity withacase management platform () is Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • CommunicationSkills:Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfort withwritingemails and responding to inquiries through HR platforms (e.g. ServiceNow) is essential.
  • Customer Service Orientation:Strong desireto help employees by delivering quality service with attention to detail. Patience and empathy are key traits.
  • Problem-SolvingSkills:Abilitytoaddressgeneral HR inquiries and taskseffectively withapassion forcontinuouslearning and contributing to process improvements.After some amount ofproper research or investigationAbility todiscern whento escalate more complex issues to theappropriate teammembers for resolutionthroughresearchandinvestigation.
  • Organization & Time Management Skills:Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
