Job Title: Zscaler Freelance Trainer
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Zscaler Security Engineer to manage implement and support Zscaler security solutions. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) along with network security concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
Manage security policies URL filtering SSL inspection and access control
Troubleshoot Zscaler-related issues and provide L2/L3 support
Integrate Zscaler with existing enterprise network infrastructure
Perform log analysis and generate security reports
Work closely with networking and security teams to enhance security posture
Monitor and optimize Zscaler performance
Handle user access issues and policy changes
Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements
Support migration from traditional proxy solutions to Zscaler
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Zscaler ZIA and ZPA
Knowledge of Secure Web Gateway (SWG) CASB and Zero Trust Architecture
Experience in proxy firewall VPN and network security concepts
Understanding of DNS SSL/TLS TCP/IP and networking protocols
Experience with identity providers like Azure AD Okta or LDAP
Log analysis and troubleshooting skills
Experience in cloud security and web security technologies
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
