The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads closing property deals coordinating with partners and ensuring smooth transaction closures. Key Responsibilities
- Handle hot and qualified leads and convert them into successful closures.
- Manage the complete closing cycle from site visits to final deal closure.
- Negotiate pricing payment plans and terms with clients to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team closing targets.
- Provide regular updates and closure reports to management.
- Stay updated on market trends project details and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate closing .
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Fluent in English (Hindi/Marathi is an added advantage).
