1. Experience documenting functional specs data dictionaries and attribute templates

2. Ability to interpret complex data relationships and simplify them for non technical stakeholders

3. Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills Strong stakeholder management (business & IT teams) understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)

Education Requirements: Degree in computer science or engineering with relevant work experience

Detailed Job Description:

The day to day activities should consists of the following key responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering workshops to capture business needs data rules workflows and governance models

Translate requirements into: User stories Use cases Process flows Acceptance criteria

Document and validate functional specifications for: Data models & hierarchies Attributes and classifications Workflows & governance steps Validation & completeness rules UI requirements (pages roles permissions) etc..

Review STEP configurations delivered by technical teams for accuracy

Provide business context and clarify functional impacts of STEP features/constraints

Work with integration teams to define the Data Mapping & ensure business readiness for integrations with ERP eCommerce DAM and Data Lakes

UAT & Release Management Coordinate UAT cycles with business teams

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management liaison between business users developers solution architects and data governance teams.

Risk identification and mitigation plan preparation. Communicate risks impacts and solution alternatives clearly.

Support training user documentation and post go live adoption efforts.

All other activities in the capacity of a Business Analysts to ensure on time completion of the project without any customer escalation
