Background Information
- The Senior Business Analyst role will support the Primary Care Coordination Gateway (PCCG) and Provicial Health Service Directory (PHSD). The Provincial Care Coordination Gateway is an Ontario Health digital asset that supports the routing of referrals in the new eReferrals network. It ensures that Referrals are delivered electronically from source to destination without the need of point-to-point integration to connect the Referring Practitioners Referral Management System (RMS) and Receiving Providers RMS. The Business analyst role will support the integration of PCCG with Central Intake Hub
- PCCG is also integrated with Provincial Health Services Directory (PHSD) which is an Ontario Health owned managed and delivered comprehensive Health Services Directory/repository for the province. All eReferral destinations are stored in the PHSD and it serves as a directory for PCCG to route eReferral and eFax.
- PCCG will be integrating with Central Intake Hub (CI Hub). CI Hub will facilitate receiving and routing of referrals to the appropriate destination sites while supporting Fax eFax and eReferrals.
- PCCG is also currently working on integrating with a HIS Epic site. As the new eReferral network expands PCCG will be integrating with other Epic sites and other types of Hospital Information Systems (HISs)
- The Senior Business Analyst role will provide business analysis support for ongoing and new integrations including but not limited to: analyse and nbsp;and document requirements facilitate reviews and obtain approvals and act as subject matter expert for developers and quality assurance resources to be the point of contact for clarification.
