Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Local Number Portability (LNP) team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer support related to telephone number portability and management. No prior industry experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

  • Handle customer requests through inbound phone calls and email ticketing systems

  • Escalate telephone number management requests to upstream phone carriers monitor progress and communicate updates and outcomes to customers

  • Update and maintain number port statuses using internal admin portals and related tools

  • Use Microsoft Excel to prepare manage and order telephone number inventories

  • Process telephone number port-out requests and provide accurate port-out reports to customers

  • Assist customers in resolving rejected telephone number port requests

  • Plan coordinate and execute large-scale telephone number porting projects

  • Document new LNP processes and updates in the company Knowledge Base under management guidance



Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer proficiency with experience using Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel

  • Friendly professional and customer-centric attitude

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable working as part of a small collaborative team

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments to meet customer needs

  • Proven ability to follow verbal and written instructions
