We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Local Number Portability (LNP) team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer support related to telephone number portability and management. No prior industry experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Handle customer requests through inbound phone calls and email ticketing systems
Escalate telephone number management requests to upstream phone carriers monitor progress and communicate updates and outcomes to customers
Update and maintain number port statuses using internal admin portals and related tools
Use Microsoft Excel to prepare manage and order telephone number inventories
Process telephone number port-out requests and provide accurate port-out reports to customers
Assist customers in resolving rejected telephone number port requests
Plan coordinate and execute large-scale telephone number porting projects
Document new LNP processes and updates in the company Knowledge Base under management guidance
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency with experience using Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel
Friendly professional and customer-centric attitude
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working as part of a small collaborative team
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments to meet customer needs
Proven ability to follow verbal and written instructions
