Job Summary
Role Purpose:
Under close guidance or supervision responsible for monitoring data perform release operations and escalate to supervisor
Job Description:
- Perform scheduled maintenance/release duties for US production.
- Solicits gathers and validates information from different sources to identify accuracy of outlet reference record.
- Perform daily monitoring of inbound and outbound files.
- Respond to related queries and email specified contacts
- Work on client specific projects with varying nature and business rules.
- Responsible for maintaining work allocations sheets containing client-required details that vary from one project to another.
- Escalate issues to the project lead or team lead.
- Perform functions as directed by the project lead/supervisor/manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required:
- Bachelors degree in any science and technology field
- Strong interpersonal written and communication skills.
- Strong customer focus attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office application.
- Ability to work under time constraints and under minimum supervision.
- Willing to work the night shift.
