Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and ensure systems processes and performance standards are consistently executed. This role is responsible for translating leadership priorities into action maintaining operational efficiency and holding team members accountable to expectations. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in supporting patient experience staff performance and clinic growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day clinic operations and workflows
- Standard Wellness Coordinator duties
- Ensure operational policies procedures and systems are followed consistently
- Monitor staffing scheduling compliance and clinic performance metrics
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions proactively
- Hold team members accountable to performance standards and deadlines
- Serve as a liaison between leadership chiropractors and front desk staff
- Support sales performance patient flow and overall clinic efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience required
- Experience in operations management or clinic leadership preferred
- Strong organizational communication and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback and driving accountability
Schedule
This role requires weekend and evening availability with occasional travel when applicable.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay: $20/hr - $25/hrdepending on experience full time
