Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Local IT Manager to lead a dynamic team of 7 employees based in Guadalajara. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with strong problem-solving abilities executive-level communication skills and a deep understanding of IT support. The ideal candidate will oversee local IT operations manage day-to-day technical support and ensure the operational effectiveness of the onsite team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a local team of 7 IT support professionals providing guidance and support for their technical development.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for complex issues and collaborate with global IT teams.
  • Ensure teams meet standard operational metrics that ensure optimal performance and customer experience.
  • Leverage metrics to drive decisions while using data to manage team schedules based on customer demand.
  • Oversee the maintenance troubleshooting and improvement of local IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase team productivity and system reliability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends tools and industry standards to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage local IT projects ensuring timely and effective execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar technical management role.
  • Strong knowledge of macOS & Windows Endpoint Security O365 and network best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent leadership communication and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a technical team ensuring a high level of performance and job satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
