Design implement manage and control the sales strategy at the company to achieve results in all incumbent retail environments not just related to volume but also in terms of profitability adhering to the commercial budget assigned to him/her and a market share that is aligned with the strategy defined in the annual plan. Building strong commercial relationships at a Sub-Direction or Direction levels across all functional areas of our customers.

Universal Accountabilities

  • Understand drivers of business performance trends and opportunities at the customer and channel level and provide vision and strategic thinking toanticipatefuture needs and recommend business building ideas.

  • Generate channel vision and short- and long-term retail environment strategy to develop profitable growth in the channel and in top customers assuring the achievement ofcommercial and financial targets.

  • Develop the Customer development (Sales) Annual Business Plan and develop winning business strategies for all channels and customers.

  • Influence and collaborate to enable the IBP process aligned with thecustomersstrategy and planning process.

  • Developgainandmaintainengagementand strategic cross functional alignmentwithcustomers andwork with them towards definedJBP to deliver EDGEWELL and customerstrategic andfinancial targets.

  • Lead and implementthe strategies to increase sales of the different distribution channels acrossdecountry.

  • Define andoptimize along with the commercial group the brand/trade activities that will increase market share numericdistributionandaverageddistributionforall brands.

  • Leadlocal and international negotiations with the Companys main customersparticipatingin global / regional meetings.

  • Lead internally the cross functional team to align the customers plans and goals toEdgewell s developing the required plans and tools to achieve High Performance Collaboration.

  • Providetimelyvisibilityto the company and his team about currentplans risks and opportunities and develop the strategy to be successful in the channel across retail environments.

  • Create and develop a team engagement that creates a sense of belonging and compromise with the company strengthening theteamsvoice to thecompanyslocal and regional leadership.

  • Work as a team with the Marketing and Trade areastodefine and implement growth strategies by brandchanneland geographic area.

  • Along with his team develop the Companys annual Sales/trade planbyretailenvironment.

  • Audit and oversee the proper execution and compliance with the Companys policies and procedures in all distribution channels.

  • Responsible for compliance with the sales budget and collectionsDeflatorand Indirect Overhead (Sales Outsourcing).

  • Lead the Sales Team in achieving the goalsestablishedin terms of profitability and market share by business line.

  • Along with Trade lead the category implementation processes and shopper/Merchandising Execution guidelines for all our brands.

  • Seek the professional development ofdirect reportsand high potential groups in order to provide motivation and orientation to resultsand at the same timereinforce the succession plan.

SpecificAccountabilities

  • Build strong relationship interdependencies along with back office staff within the local markets and the Hubs (HR SC Trade and Marketing) to ensure the forecasting accuracy and Working Capital metrics.

  • Ensure a healthy good work environment with strong influential capabilities with strong strategic skills but at the same time being hands on the change management and multitasking ability.

  • This position will lead5 seniorSalesTeammatesthat can expand asneeded to service the whole countrys retail environment needs.

Required Skills and Experience

  • MajorinBusiness Administration Economics orEngineering.

  • Experience in Modern Trade and Traditional Trade Management mandatory.

  • Advanced English language.

  • Strong financial and negotiation skills

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • 10-15years of experience in:

  • Sales strategies development

  • Annual business plan management

  • Strong negotiation

  • Management and understanding of statistic report (Sindicated Data)

  • Exhibition and merchandising strategies

  • Clients / Customer quality relationships

  • Business management

  • People leadership

  • High representative of the organization

Preferred Skills andExperience

  • Preferred Sales / Strategic Management post degree.

  • Marketing /Trade Marketing/ Strategic Managementpreferred experience.

Working Relationships

  • Reports toNationalSales internally will include MarketingTrade Marketing Business Intelligence SupplyChainandFinance. External engagement willincludekey customersandbusiness partners.

  • This position has 5 direct reports including: Key Account Manager Business DeveloperExecutiveand Sr. Key Account Manager etc.

Work Environment

  • Travel upon business needs (domestic and international)

  • Full time dedication (Work schedules that vary from typical business hours)
