As a Payments Regulatory Operations Quality & Standards Associate within the Regulatory Operations team you will manage change and execution processes to enhance controls and standards. You will support global regulatory obligations and execute global regulatory reporting. You will help manage changes driven by regulators product shifts automation and compliance findings. You will work within a Global & Regional model collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role will be key in maintaining high-quality standards and effective regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Regulatory Reporting Catalogue and Inventory
- Execute production testing and implement proactive quality analysis strategies
- Implement a quality framework to prevent repeat errors
- Address regulatory issues and challenges as they arise
- Develop and establish Regional and Global standards
- Partner with Operations Product Technology Audit Compliance and Regulators
- Enhance controls and standards within the team
- Support change management processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate regulatory changes
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Operations experience within a Corporate & Investment Bank
- Strong knowledge of risk controls and regulatory reporting
- Experience delivering governance and oversight across business and risk disciplines
- Analytical thinker with ability to identify key drivers & proven track record of delivery
- Self-starter with ability to manage workload and deliverables
- Well organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks as well as proficiency in Excel and ability to clearly storyboard using PowerPoint and Dashboards
- Direct experience in Payments
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to partner with external groups
- Clear and confident communication across the organization as well as energetic self-motivated and effective under pressure
- BA (or equivalent) degree required
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Knowledge of user tools such as JIRA Lucid and Alteryx/Tableau
- Experience finding Artificial Intelligence solutions to solve business problems
