Job Summary
The Department of Pediatrics is recruiting an energetic clinically oriented Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Cardiologist to join our team at Mount Sinai South Nassau.
The Division of Pediatric Cardiology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) and the Childrens Heart Center at Mount Sinai seeks a full-time BC/BE pediatric cardiologist to work in a satellite cardiology practice of our program. The candidate should have an interest in general cardiology including fetal cardiology. The candidate would join 16 other Childrens Heart Center pediatric cardiology faculty members as well as six categorical pediatric cardiology fellows one advanced imaging fellow one adult congenital heart fellow two pediatric cardiothoracic surgeons a dedicated pediatric cardiac ICU and a dedicated cardiac anesthesiology service.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited program
- New York State Medical License or eligibility
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Cardiology
- Has an interest in helping build a robust program near NYC
- Meet eligibility requirements for appointment to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai
Compensation range from Days $270K - $350K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits).

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors including experience specialties historical productivity historical collections and hospital/community need. As such an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range and in certain circumstances may wind up being outside of the listed salary range. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits.
