Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

Join our dynamic Accounting team as a Sr. Manager Accounting Transformation where you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale process improvements and system implementations. This is a unique opportunity to lead our implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP that will shape the future of BILLs financial operations. Youll collaborate cross-functionally influence strategy and empower your team to deliver results that support BILLs ambitious growth and innovation goals.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the program manager for the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation owning scope timeline budget risks and delivery outcomes across all finance and accounting workstreams.
Serve as the primary day-to-day counterpart to the external Oracle implementation partner.
In collaboration with our external implementation partner establish and maintain the integrated program plan including milestones for design build testing data migration cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
Lead governance routines (steering committees design reviews status reporting) ensuring executive visibility and timely decision-making.
Establish and track key performance metrics to measure project success and inform future transformation strategies.
Communicate project status risks and outcomes to senior leadership providing clear data-driven insights and recommendations.

7 Proven experience leading large-scale accounting transformation or ERP implementation projects specifically Oracle Fusion in a complex fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial systems and process improvement methodologies.
Exceptional project management problem-solving and change management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams without having direct authority over those team members.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical dental vision life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan flexible spending & health savings account paid holidays paid time off and other company benefits.

$150800$188200 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper UT. Additionally this role is eligible to participate in BILLs bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience expertise and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
