Location: Jackson MS (On-site)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Natural/ADABAS Developer to support development maintenance and enhancement of large-scale legacy systems. The role requires strong expertise in Natural programming ADABAS database and batch/online processing along with experience in government or child support systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain applications using Natural and ADABAS
Develop and execute batch processes (JCL/SCL)
Perform analysis design and development for large-scale systems
Provide system architecture guidance and technical expertise
Support and enhance child support or government systems
Interpret and implement state and federal mandates
Create and maintain technical and process documentation
Provide end-user training and support
Recommend system and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of experience with Natural and ADABAS
Strong experience with batch processing (JCL/SCL) and online systems
Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems
Experience providing technical/architecture guidance
Experience in documentation and process improvement
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Domain Experience

Experience with child support systems or similar government domain
Knowledge of state and federal mandates implementation
Experience with systems similar to METSS is a plus
