Salary: 15.90 per hour 3000 Welcome Bonus

Service Users: YPs aged 817 with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce
Experience in Years Required: Experience within childrens residential care

We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support the smooth running of the home working closely with the Registered Manager to:
Lead and mentor staff
Support young people with EBD and complex needs
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and Ofsted standards
Contribute to a positive nurturing environment where children thrive
