Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System QHSE policy Codes of Ethics and BV Groups policies and procedures. - Tasks Activities Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Plan schedule and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop project budgets timelines and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress against KPIs and deliverables
- Ensure projects stay within budget and timeline constraints
- Technical Engineering Leadership
- Provide technical oversight and engineering expertise
- Review and approve engineering designs and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes standards and regulations
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and assessments
- Quality & Safety Management
- Implement quality assurance protocols and standards
- Ensure workplace safety compliance (OSHA local regulations)
- Conduct inspections and audits
- Manage risk mitigation strategies
- Supervise and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors
- Conduct performance evaluations and training
- Foster collaborative working relationships
- Resolve conflicts and manage personnel issues
- Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with clients architects engineers and authorities
- Prepare progress reports and presentations
- Manage client expectations and satisfaction
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies for approvals
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project records and documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance and permitting
- Prepare technical reports and specifications
- Track change orders and contract amendments

- Bachelors degreein Civil Engineering up
- Have the License of Construction Supervision grade 1
- Have the certificate of Labor safety group 1
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
- Trustworthy high integrity
- Courtesy and respect individual

- Strong leadership skill
- Posses sound judgement analytical skills and tenacity
