Job Summary
Key Contributions
- Support the creation of 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools such as Creo NX and Inventor to meet project requirements.
- Assist in the design and development of machinery parts and machine assemblies under guidance from senior engineers.
- Contribute to design modifications and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to improve functionality quality.
- Support project teams by following defined quality processes and maintaining accurate engineering documentation.
Learning & Development Opportunities
- Gain hands-on experience with industrial CAD tools and mechanical design standards.
- Learn practical aspects of machine design tolerancing and design-for-manufacturing.
- Understand and apply engineering change management and configuration control processes.
- Develop awareness of project quality systems documentation practices and compliance requirements in an engineering environment.
Qualifications :
- 3rd or 4th student in Mechanical/ Mechatronics Computational Engineering or relevant background
- Available to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months working Monday to Friday.
- Able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of mechanical drawing Geometric dimension & tolerance manufacturing process
- Proficient in CAD design tools including PTC Creo NX AutoCAD Inventor and SolidWorks for mechanical design tasks.
