Hourly Rate/Salary Range: $23.36/hour plus production bonus
Production positions are paid a base hourly rate along with a production bonus which is calculated based on the amount of quality tons produced and paid weekly.

Basic Job Functions:
The Electrical Lead will be responsible for leading the electrical team ensuring the group is prepared to execute and coordinate with affected work groups to safely accomplish maintenance activities within a production environment. They will plan set goals and coach others in developing their technical and professional abilities. A major emphasis will be on coordinating electrical work related to projects repairs and improving predictive and preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime and associated costs.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two (2) years of hands on maintenance experience of electrical equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in electrical field
Experience planning and leading projects involving vendors and contractors
Experience in a leadership role
Strong electrical knowledge encompassing PLCs HMIs AC & DC drives hydraulics and power distribution
