Job Title: Associate Strategy Development
Job Schedule: 9/80 9 hours Monday Thursday 8 hours every other Friday
Location: Lynchburg VA or Rochester NY
Job Description: Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge. Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine takes. Communicates with contracts in own team to explain and interpret information. Contributes to systems and processes changes in work routines. Works to achieve operational targets that impact team results.
Essential Functions:
Aiding in tracking / proactive management of IRAD to ensure strategic merit business case and program performance
Aiding in assessing emerging technologies and conducting competitive intelligence assessments particularly with regards to disruptors or new entrants in our core markets
Evaluates and managers new strategic business opportunities initiatives and partnerships.
Develops manages or supports the organizations strategic planning process and role may include development of goto-market strategies and direction of market launch/messaging/implementation plans/integrated marketing campaigns as well as thought leadership initiatives.
Performs economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities
Develops business models and determines market trends to substantiate long-term prospects.
Oversees market analysis monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs
Provides leadership in the planning designing due diligence and implementing of strategic business objectives.
Helps business units defines vision strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in business liberal arts data analysis data science or related field or have completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving resource management and time-management skills
Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once with cross-functional teams
Creating technical presentations
Sense of urgency to execute and success-oriented attitude
In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state and Vermont is $53500-$99500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
