Job Summary
Base Salary: $80000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time Exempt
- Serve as the primary administrator for Rippling maintaining accurate employee records and system configurations.
- Build and manage automated workflows supporting onboarding offboarding role changes and compensation updates.
- Maintain HR documentation and system process controls.
- Process weekly payroll for employees across IL NYC CA and TX ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage payroll reconciliations tax filings wage reporting and garnishments across multiple jurisdictions.
- Serve as a key point of contact for payroll and HRIS questions for employees in all managed states.
- Streamline hiring offer and onboarding processes in partnership with recruiting and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency scalability and data integrity across HR operations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support leadership and compliance needs.
- Support compliance with federal state and local employment laws impacting employees in IL NYC CA and TX.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices across all locations.
- 1-3 years of HRIS and payroll experience managing a multi-state employee population.
- Hands-on experience administering Rippling.
- Working knowledge of state and local payroll and employment requirements especially in CA NYC IL and TX.
- Strong attention to detail organization and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced growing organization.
- Base salary of $80000
