Could you be the full-time Head of IT Landscape Harmonization & Configuration Management in Bangalore were looking for

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

Youll play a pivotal role in aligning and optimizing our IT application landscape while ensuring robust configuration management practices across the organization. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing quality supply chain and procurement) lead harmonization initiatives and oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and much more.

Youll specifically take care of driving the decommissioning of redundant applications promoting the use of backbone systems like SAP GSI and PLM and maintaining the CMDB as the single source of truth for IT assets but also fostering a culture of digital transformation and operational excellence.

Well look to you for:

• Developing and executing strategies to harmonize and rationalize the IT application landscape

• Ensuring compliance with the organizations Core Model and Process Solution Architecture

• Collaborating with domain architects directors and regional SPOCs to align harmonization efforts globally

• Overseeing configuration management processes and ensuring data accuracy and automation

• Defining and implementing governance models for configuration management stakeholders

• Leading IT projects focused on landscape optimization and digital transformation

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred

• Experience or understanding of application management configuration management or IT project management preferably in manufacturing domains

• Knowledge of SAP GSI PLM Azure Cloud and server hosting

• Familiarity with ITIL certification; experience with ServiceNow platform preferred

• A strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile Waterfall Prototyping)

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Outstanding communication stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities
