Job Summary
Are you an SEO professional who leads from the front owns client relationships and drives real organic results
Were growing and we need an SEO Team Lead whos ready to take complete ownership of a team of strategies and of client success.
What youll be doing
- Leading and mentoring a team of SEO executives and content writers
- Building and executing SEO strategies across domestic and international client accounts
- Managing end-to-end client communication onboarding reporting reviews and retention
- Preparing and presenting detailed monthly performance reports
- Conducting technical audits keyword research and competitor analysis
- Tracking rankings traffic and ROI across all accounts
- Keeping the team updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends
What were looking for
- 35 years of SEO experience with 12 years in a lead or senior role
- Must have managed a team of 3 or more people
- Strong client-handling experience domestic & international both
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken written)
- Hands-on with SEMrush Ahrefs GSC GA4 Screaming Frog
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Analytical thinker who can turn data into strategy
